How do I choose the right package kit for my group size? ▾

Calculate the number of tour guides speaking simultaneously (number of transmitters) and the maximum expected attendees (number of receivers). For example, 1 guide with 15–30 guests works best with KIT 1 or KIT 6. If you frequently travel or manage over 30 guests, choose a kit equipped with an aluminum charging case for convenient bulk charging and secure transport.

Can multiple tour groups operate at the same venue without frequency crosstalk? ▾

Yes. With up to 49 independent selectable channels and digital PLL frequency synthesis, multiple guides can lead different groups in the same room or exhibition hall without any signal crossover. Simply assign each group to a unique channel number.

How does the one-touch pairing and bulk shutdown feature work? ▾

Turn on all receivers and the transmitter, press and hold the pairing button on the transmitter for 3 seconds, and all nearby receivers will automatically tune to the same channel. At the end of your tour, hold the shutdown button on the master transmitter to switch off all paired receivers simultaneously.

Can I add more receivers or transmitters later as our team expands? ▾

Absolutely. There is no limit to the number of receivers that can listen to a single transmitter on the same channel. You can order extra receivers, earpieces, or charging docks at any time to expand your system.

What is the battery life and what are the charging options? ▾

The transmitter provides approximately 20 hours of operation, while receivers provide up to 36 hours on a single charge. Units can be recharged individually via standard USB Type-C cables or charged simultaneously in 16-slot, 32-slot, or 64-slot charging cases.

What is covered under the 2-year warranty? ▾

All Anytlink hardware transmitters, receivers, and charging cases are backed by an official 2-year manufacturer warranty covering internal component defects, charging circuitry, and battery performance under normal operational use.
