Choosing a restaurant paging system

Buying guide · Anytlink

Guest pagers are most useful when the call point, guest handover and return process are clear to staff.

Start with your requirements

Estimate the peak number of guests waiting at one time. Note the distance from the counter to the waiting area and any walls or outdoor spaces between them.

Compare your options

Compare keypad layout, pager shape, alert modes and charging arrangements. Ask for the operating range under your venue conditions rather than relying only on an open-area figure.

Before you order

  • Count the pagers needed at peak service.
  • Map handout, call and return steps.
  • Choose where the charging stack will sit.
  • Test signal coverage at the farthest guest area.

Plan a paging package.
